All VCIB Visa Reloadable Prepaid Cards are now deactivated. Cardholders with a remaining balance in good standing have been issued a cheque by mail.

VCIB Visa Gift Card Program Closure

If your card starts with any of the following numbers, and you have the physical card plastic, you may be entitled to the return of any available balance:

Note: If your Gift Card does not begin with the following numbers, or you do not have the physical card (or proof of purchase), you are not eligible for a return of any balance.

Please complete the Gift Card Funds Reimbursement Request form and follow the instructions below:

1. Complete the Gift Card Funds Reimbursement Request form.
   1. To minimize delays, please provide a valid email address.
   2. If you are a Vancity (Vancouver City Savings Credit Union) member, please indicate on the form.
2. You are required to mail the physical card, along with the completed signed form, to be eligible for a return of any available balance. With out this, your request will be declined.
3. Mail your completed form and physical card to: Vancity Community Investment Bank

   PO Box 2120 Station Terminal
   Vancouver BC, V6B 5R8 Canada
4. Keep a copy of your Prepaid card and completed form for your records.
